The large contingent of NADCAR Dwarf cars, 22 of them, signed in and still had 21 of them to race in their 20 lap main event. Only Storm Phillips could not heed the call of the feature as he had flipped his mount in his heat race. Brandy Phillips took the green first in their scheduled 20 lap affair. One lap later AJ Breu took his turn out front but had to wait through three yellows to take charge of the race. A three car tangle started the yellow plaque, next a two car accident and thirdly a one car spin. One lap later the yellow flew for debris as Breu still had the lead. Lap four saw Mike Williams stick his foot into it and take the lead from Breu.. At half way it was Williams, Breu and Tim Cotherman as they viewed the yellow again for Randy Deines. With five to go John Ogden got by Cotherman but only one lap later he burst into flames and the red flew. Ogden contined around the track with flames flying higher and higher as he finally went to the infield and the flames were put out. The checkered was thrown as time had expired. Williams took his second of the season ahead of Breu, Cotherman, Mike Moyer and Helen Henesey. Finishing out the top ten were Heather Henesey, Rick Haase, Ogden, Brandy Phillips and Seth Gaston. Their trophies were sponsored by K & N Custom Concrete & Landscape of Prescott Valley.

The Underdog Towing & Recovery Super Mini Stocks had a steller field of 15 and all were able to make the call for their 20 lap feature. Russ Cron looked strong as he jumped into the lead from his outside pole starting spot. He held back Kent Ewart and Kevin Miner to the first yellow which came at lap four as Amanda Baillie was spun at one end of the track and Bill Keeling at the other end. Lap five Kent Ewart took over but Cron came back and just one lap later regained the lead. Briscoe Fabozzi brought out the yellow at lap eight to slow the field and one lap later Bryan Gabbard did the same. Lap nine Ewart snuck by Cron with Haase in third. It was all green to the finish and at lap 12 Haase of Show Low got by Ewart for the lead and then held him off to take the big win. Ewart had to settle for second ahead of Mike Markley, James McElderry and Baillie. Rounding out the top ten were Miner, Gabbard, Grady Clements, Abraham Twiss and Steve Brazil.

The Super Stocks started with ten in their main event but the restart flag flew and then it became red as a three car pile up in turn three brought everything to a halt. Mitch Mohler needed assitance from the ambulance but was able to walk to the ambo on his own power and was later feeling OK. The green flew again and Brian King took the point. With only one lap down Brad Auringer and David Wright got together for a yellow. King led to lap nine when he developed a flat and had to pit. This gave the lead to Buff Vanlandingham who took his turn up front for the next two circuits. Lap 12 went to Wayne Bishop and the next lap Brad Auringer took over. With five to go Bishop and VanLandingham got together on the back chute with Vanlandingham ending up in the wall. The yellow reared its nasty head again. At one time during the race their were only four cars left but as they came in and out of the pits six cars finally took the checkered flag with Auringer taking his first win. Second to VanLandingham ahead of Wright, Bishop and Mike Glazier. Trophies were sponsored by Prescott Valley Auto Brokers.

20 IMCA Modifieds took the green and 18 of them were left on the track as the checkered flew but unfortunately time plus ran out after only 12 laps had been completed. Although 8 yellows dominated the race it was still a close one at the end. John Brinkley took the lead first from his pole position. Two yellows waved after only one lap was in the books. Brinkley continued to lead to lap seven when Jeff Stafford took over the point. Yellows at lap five, seven, eight, nine and two at lap ten controlled the race. Fritz Croy tried all he had to reel in Stafford. At ten down Jim MacNeil took over second from Croy and headed for Stafford. But as already said time plus ran out and Stafford took home his first win. Second to Croy ahead of Scott Smith, Phil Baillie and George Fronsman. Trophies were provided by 2nd Home Arizona Realty. D.J. Wood, Steve Stultz, Ryan Roath, Chris Weimer and Brinkley completed the top ten.
