1ST ANNUAL WATER DRIVE FOR THE HOMELESS
MAY 17TH
All donations will go to Central Arizona Shelter Services Employment Services. Their TES program provides temporary and temp to hire jobs for homeless job candidates. This is a great way for them to develop skills and work experience. The jobs help build self esteem and resiliency. therefore leading to long-term employment.
TES provides transportation to and from job site, lunch, beverages and equipment to each worker each day. This assistance is so each worker can maximize their income and achieve self-sufficiency sooner. This is a huge cost. We are asking for bottled water/beverages that will be put into the lunches for the workers to be brought to the track May 17th.
